ATM Card: CCMM Card Closure for account closure purpose in DOP Finacle

ATM Card: CCMM Card Closure for account closure purpose.

Dear SPOC's,
Please guide all the SOLs under your Circle to use searcher & select the card number during verification of closure of ATM card in CCMM menu. If verified without card number, then status of the card will not change to closed, which will in turn prevent SB account closure.

ATM card closure action has to be used only when linked primary SB account has to be closed. In all other case hotlisting action is sufficient to block the card.
