Sub: -Clarification on SB Order No. 03/2016 dated 08.04.2016 on SSA - reg.

Sir,
Kindly refer to your office letter No. SB/50-1/dated 29.08.2016 on the subject cited above and to say that as per the SB Order No. 03/2016 dated 08.04.2016, there is no provision in the SSA Rules to change the name of guardian, except in the case of death of the guardian only.
