Procedure to find minimum amount and penalty for SSA Discontinued Account

  1. Invoke Menu CPDTM - Collection of SSA/PPF Normal Contribution.
  2. Enter Account Number.
  3. Check the Status of Account if it is discontinued. Please enter minimum amount of Rs.100/-.
  4. Click on validate for calculation of minimum amount to be paid and penalty amount for the discontinued account.

In the above Case, the customer wants to pay Rs.2000/- for them discontinued SSA Account. While enter and validate the account, the calculation showing as above

Transaction amount should be minimum of Rs.2200/- in figures. Pending late fee:200/-. Pending Subscription arrears :1750/-. Minimum Deposit : 250/-(for current financial year)

Note: Current Financial Year Subscription to paid alongwith pending subscription and late fee for discontinued SSA account in DOP Finacle.
