The procedure is given below:-

Menu Shortcut - HACSP
GO

The following screen will be displayed.

Enter the following mandatory fields 

SOL/Set ID - SOL ID of office
Scheme Code - RDIPN
Source Dealer ID - Agent ID (DSA ID)
Submit

Result will be displayed in Next Screen

we can generate report using HPR Menu.
