The agent users have to clear the browser cache and then try to login. Please ask agents to follow the steps below to clear the cached temp files.
- Click on Windows and R button together.
- In the Run window, type %temp% and press enter.
- The temp folder will be opened. Delete all the files in this folder.
- Remove any saved favorite link as well from the browser.
- Post this, user can access the url https://dopagent.indiapost.gov.in

The solution provided is not working. The following errors are encountered

ReplyDeletenow a days india post site (agent section) is not working well .it showing service error 404 msg repeatedly ,and the above posted solution of deleting cache memory , i have done but did not get any releaf pls help asap because as a agent we have to post all rd before 31.

ReplyDeleteI have a complaint regarding Department of Post Agent Login for the past weeks im getting a error such as " APPLICATION ENDED " or sometimes " HOST NOT AVAILABLE " and some times "APPLICATION ENDED BECAUSE OF UNKNOWN REASON", "Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: {0}..this is occuring whenever im opening this page...pls resolve this issue asap bcos of this v r not able to work properly and cant able to submit the savings account to the post office..Now only one day left to pay deposits, so please kindly take a soon reaction on these issues....As the last date came to RD Deposit , so please help.....
