Reset User in DOP Finacle

Logged in Issues and Finacle solution 

DOP Finacle Menu : CSAC - SAC User
This menu is enabled only on System Administrator Login. The Operator / Supervisor / System administrator user logged in issues have been fixed using the menu called CSAC.
Issues :
User already logged in
  1. System Administrator can Invoke the Menu CSAC.
  2. Enter the User ID having logged in issues.
  3. Other SOL user can also SAC using the above menu by System Administrator.

User Locked Issues

User Account gets Locked when password entered wrongly while exceeds three times. In this can System administrator can Invoke the menu
CRESET - Reset Locked User in DOP Finacle
The above menu is used for release the locked user / Enable the disabled user of the attached SOL . Other SOL User ID can not be reset using the above menu by the System Administrator.

The Reset Menu needed offices, i.e other than attached System Administrator SOL can contact the CPC for RESET the User Login through proper channel.
