DOP Finacle CIF Menu Error and Finale Solution
While Create / Modify / Verify the CIF the error message comes like the logon token is empty error. Therefore the Creation / Modification / Verification / Cancellation / Suspect / Revoke of CIF could not be done.

The above error is not related to local Machine configuration / particular SOL ID of the Office. this is the common error for SOL/ the Post Offices which is migrated with Finacle Application when Finacle server having the issues with CIF Menu.
The ticket may be raised with Finacle Help Desk for Solution / Fix the CIF Menu in Finacle Server.
No Need worry about the above error it will be set right once the fixed the issues in Finacle team. the only thing is we have to inform the issues immediately to help desk.
