NSC account opened but verification is not happening
The error occurred when during account opening, only instrument date has been entered and no other instrument details entered.
Error Messages
- Do not enter the instrument details as the instrument type is not entered
- General validation failed
- All details are not posted
Finacle Solution
In such cases, the transaction will not be posted and has to be deleted in HTM menu. Once the transactions are deleted , the accounts opening has to be cancelled and then new accounts have to be opened again with proper data entry.
