HSSI - Inquire on SOL Status Menu Modified in DOP Finacle

Inquire on SOL Status 

HSSI - SOL Status Inquiry is provided with filters

• If you want to know all SOL status , please enter only SET ID in HSSI , then submit
• If you want to know for single office, please enter SOL ID, then submit
• To know SOLs which have not started,  enter SET ID, BOD date as 01.10.15 and  ( Last) Closure date as 30.09.15, 

SOL status as " SOL Closure Done", EOD event status as "EOD event NOT in progress""

• To know SOLs which have failed in any step,   Closure status as " FAILED" ( Not required to enter other fields)

Note : HSSI can be accessed by only System Administrator / Supervisor Not Counter Postal Assistant.
