Finacle Version in DOP Core Banking Solution
Most of the Banking sector are using Finacle Core Banking Solution Software v7. It may the old version of Finacle. Infosys now developed Latest version of 11e for Simplify Banking.
Department of Posts (India Post) newly entered into Core Banking Solution with Infosys Finacle. we are Using the Latest version of Finacle in India
Finacle v10.2.13
Finacle Version 10.2.13 presently used by the India Post (Department of Posts). It may be upgraded in future depends on the requirement.As on date in India we are Using the Latest version of Finacle 10.2.13.

Sir,I have a PPF account at GPO,Patna(no1300803438).I deposited a cheque on 20th March 2020 but when I came to know about its extension procedure I could not proceed further as LOCKDOWN had been announced
ReplyDeleteI came to know about the relaxation given by finance ministry. Vide govt order F.No 14/06/2020NS dated 11/04/2020 of Ministry of finance para g"All thosePPF subscriberswhose accounts were matured 31/03/2020(including the period of one year for extension) and could not be extended due to lockdown,may now extended their PPF account before 30/06/2020"
The GPO personnel agree to it and are willing for extension but are unable to do so as the extension order has not been uploaded in your finnacle system.Hence it is not accepting.
GPO patna has raised a "ticket"and requested you for the rectification.
This is to request you to kindly upload the changes in dates ,ie relaxation of 3 months as per Ministry of finance order,so that I may get an extension of 5 yrs of my PPF account.
I shall be grateful to you and your team for the favour. Many people like me who are eligible for extension in view of the relaxation due to lockdown but are unable to get it because of nonupdating the relaxation announced.
Therefore,I request to kindly get it done and oblige.
