CBS CPC Guidance on Interest Table Code for Exceptional SSA Closure

 

SSA Closure: Use ZERO Code

CBS CPC has advised that, during HINTTM before an exceptional SSA closure, the Interest Table Code should be set to ‘ZERO’ and the Start Date should be the account opening date. The mention of ‘TZERO’ in the CBS manual may be a typographical error, or it could reflect a later change in menu options.
