SOP for Proxy Configuration on DOP Counters for E-Sign Functionality in IPPB

Standard Operating Procedure for Proxy configuration at DOP Counter

Below mentioned steps for Proxy settings to be done on shared DOP counter PC for E-Sign functionality to work -

1. Go to Internet Options> Connections> LAN Settings
2. Click on LAN Settings> below window will open. Input the proxy Address as mentioned in below image

3. Click on Advanced and input details as per the image below.

Note:

1. For above settings to work
2. Require active DOP Domain ID and Password If logged in through DOP Domain ID proxy settings are done automatically.
3. If logged in without Domain ID, proxy setting to be done manually as describe in above steps.
4. If DOP Domain ID not working, kindly get the password reset done from DOP IT support.
