  • Download IPPB Internet Settings from PoTools Blog
  • Run as Administrator for better accessibility
  • Install the Driver based on the which Biometric device you are using
  • Click on IPPB setting - common for both Mantra and Startek
  • Exit.
Note: Still you are facing any issue. Please check and turn of your Pop up windows for better results.
