Inquiry (HCHBI) of Check book in DOP Finacle

Inqury of Cheque Book using Account Number in DOP Finacle

HCHBI command stands for Inquiry of Cheque Book. It is used to inquire Cheque No. related to Particular SBCHQ account. We should check first that particular cheque leaf is issued particular account before going to do any transaction related to Cheque i.e. inward clearing, check withdrawal at counter. The following process is used for this command.
Menu -HCHBI : Chque Book Inquire
  • Click on Go / Press F4 to take it into Next Screen.
  • Click on View details to show the detailed reports.
  • In this report we can filter the using the below criteria 
  1. All
  2. Issued but Not acknowledged
  3. Passed
  4. Unused
  5. Stopped
  6. Cautioned
  7. Destroyed
  8. Returned Paid
  9. Rejected
by default display ALL the above categories of the particular Cheque book.
