1. In few offices after CBS Migration, a problem called java (TM) Blocked appears once Internet Explorer is clicked and attempted to open Finacle Home page.

2 This error is due to the outdated ActiveX controls for the specified homepage/website. In case of Internet Explorer 8 under Windows 7 the error has been repeated. When Internet Explorer alone is updated from IE 8 to IE 11, the same error continues.

3. Even after uninstalling Java and Re-installing the same, the Java (TM) blocked error continues.

4. IE --> Tools ---> Manage Add ons --> All java related Add-ons must be enabled.

Permanent Solution:

1. Windows Update has been performed for the PC under problem. Now the IE 11 with its latest updates along with Windows 7 is working fine eliminating the Java(TM) error permanently.

2. Java 7 (Update 17) or Java 7 (Update 21) both can be used for Internet Explorer 11 for DOP Finacle.

Note:

1. No need to format the PC concerned for Java(TM) Blocked error. 
2. This is a time saving and smarter move for System Administrators under CBS Migration schedules.
