Diagnose connection problems in DOP Finacle
The Problem in loading Finacle Application in Internet Explorer after desktop configuration was made correctly. Finacle Application is loading some times and some times getting an error message as
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

DOP Finacle Solution
- Go to Internet Explorer >Advanced Tab
- Select at least one Use TLS Option.
- Refresh the Finacle Application to Reopen without Problem

Its hightime that service unions raise to voice the concerns of Cbs migration.Halt this process before ensuing that migrated offices have sufficient bandwith and good quality systems with adequate resources and stable server before moving on next level of migration this day 26th septmber most of the migrated offices could not finish off the days work because of inaccessibility of finacle server.Gentlemen its hightime raise or perish ?
ReplyDeleteHi, when I am logged into finacle the follwing error is appearing. " Unable to get property ' userMenu TreeObj' od undefined or null reference " after this error another one is followed " the menu data cannot be fetched. Retry after some time.
ReplyDeleteThis problem is since 1 week no transanction in finacle . please mail me if any one has solution ( CPC has suggested to contact S.A, but was not solved till date )

Sir, In C class office after installing JRE 17 upd 7 or JRE 17 updt 21 whle opening Finacle it is shown as inglet not properly initiliazed .I have done what is said in PO Tools for finacle settings but in vain..Please guide me..
